Job Description

  • Manage end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
  • Build and develop employer brand.
  • Mainly focusing on culture interview, working closely with hiring managers to understand overall needs and requirements, conducting recruitment activities.
  • Able to get a pool of candidate through multiple channels – references, networking, database,…
  • Develop recruiting strategies based on business requirements to source specific technical and professional candidates.
  • Maintain market knowledge, employment trends, and recruiting strategies to attract highly desired talent.
  • Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing & best practices.
  • Perform comprehensive research to provide extensive data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
  • Support other works assigned by HR and Admin Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Male/Female from 22 to 35 years old.
  • College graduation and above. Priority for majors related to HR Management.
  • Good interview and evaluation skills and understand of recruitment process
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Calm, effectively, out-going, fast adaptive, friendly and open-minded.
  • Be able to work under high pressure.
  • High sense of responsibility in confidential matter.
  • Have at least 2 experience years at same position in Manufacturing and Trading firms
