Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition Management (80%)

• Plan domestic and overseas recruitment strategy based on the size or requirements in each period;

• Plan to utilize new sources by all channels (online, offline, networks);

• Perform full circle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering...) for all levels of positions;

• Systemize and maintain a database of potential candidates to ensure a healthy pool of qualified applicants;

• Evaluate channel effectiveness, minimize the budget for job posting or searching package;

• Make weekly, monthly, yearly records and reports;

• Survey and carry out employer branding

2. Take part in HR projects when assigned (20%)

Job Requirement

• At least 3-5 years experiences in HRBP/ Recruitment role, preferably working for International companies (strong in recruitment);

 • Good command of spoken and written forms in both English & Vietnamese;

• Proven ability to build partnership and strong influencing communication skills;

• General knowledge about HR (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, etc.);

• Strong organizational skill and ability to effectively manage multi-tasks;

• Result-oriented and able to work under high pressure;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
