Senior Training Executive (Job code: 190610UNAVAI)

Job Description

Build-up the training program

· Implement the organization’s training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s current and future needs.

· Administer and conduct orientation/induction/ 6S program to UA’s staff

· Develop and Provide training, coaching, facilitation, team development and organization development services to implement company initiatives and enhance company performance

· Current and future state culture review and assessment, identification of strengths and gaps/drivers to develop the culture and evoke positive change

· Develop and implement strategies to increase Diversity & Inclusion within the organization and give individuals a clear career path with options and promoting internal advancement

· Partner with internal management team to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention throughout the organisation.

· Coordinate in-house/external training

· Work with training provider for application of training grant/claim

· Preparation of training materials, the evaluation form, attendance list, certificate (if any) and compilation of training materials.

· Operate as an organizational leader internal consultant to identify, develop and implement processes.

· Advising and guiding heads of department how to convey ideas to employees, attractive training content.

A part of talent acquisition

· Develop and Provide training, coaching, facilitation, team development, leadership assessment and organization development services to implement company initiatives and enhance company performance

· Identify and source for appropriate talent for current open roles.

· Foster an environment that is supportive and inclusive, providing many and various career opportunities; integrate diversity and inclusion while promoting a promising view.

· Build relationship with key stakeholders and advice on recruitment-related issues

· Develop recruitment strategy and ensure the available talent on way.

Manage and report

· Manage the budget for training programs

· Manage and update training records, including status of training progression

· Report to HR manager

Job Requirement

  • University graduation with related major.
  • At least 4 years  experience of working in the same field in a manufacturing-cultural environment with training background.
  • High level communication skills (written and verbal). Willing to display initiative and accept responsibility for decision making 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good PC and Office Software skills 
  • Good organizational skills 
  • Fluent in English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, good communication skills, knowledge of computers and hiring laws
