Job Description

1. Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits.

2. Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.

3. Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using {{ design and prototyping tools}}.

4. Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.

5. Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.

6. Participate in developing software systems for digital banking. Programming application software, Mobile App

Job Requirement

1. Education Background:

- University degree in IT, programming

- Working knowledge of English

2. Experience:

- 2+ years’ experience as a front-end developer.

- 2+ years’ experience as Java, J2EE programing.

3. Knowledge:

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using {{ Balsamiq, etc. }}.

- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

- Mastering Java Core programming, J2EE and Oracle Database.

- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming.

- Knowledge of SOA, Micro Services, ESB

- Having experience in programming with frameworks:
     + Spring MVC, Spring Core, Spring Security.
     + Hibernate.
     + React Native
     + React JS

- Deep understanding of WebService development and integration.

- Have knowledge about Design Patten.

4. Capability: (Based on the Competency Dictionary)
