Job Description

The Account Manager (AM) for Property Developer is responsible for the overall manage Property customers strategic, creating and maintaining deep long-term customer relationships, driving Enterprise Services revenue growth by identifying and developing strategic opportunities and selling Propzy’s TAP solution with high commitment.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by selling Propzy solution technologies across accounts. This includes working at the executive level and leveraging key partners. You are primarily responsible for Business Management , Relationship/Leadership Management , Opportunity Management , and Planning Management

  • Contribute to revenue growth by establishing a team culture of solid quota attainment and forecast excellence.
  • Provide a management presence during important deal negotiations and when dealing with key customers and partners.
  • Develop strategic account plan in relationship, partnership.
  • Quickly understand customer organizational needs, and build a solution, relationships that drive revenue.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing CXO relationships and consistently exceeding quota expectations.
  • Conduct proactive meetings to develop trusted advisor status, build loyalty, improve business and Manage complex deal structuring
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Comfortable interfacing at all levels within assigned accounts, while possessing knowledge of the business challenges and opportunities driven by technology, mergers, and regulations

Job Requirement

  • A minimum of 5+ years account management (SALE) experience in a relevant, close deal, property environment is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with very good grade or higher
  • Experience of working in an international/Property-market sales environment is a requirement.
  • Must be comfortable understanding and working with cultural differences
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Demonstrated passion for property and technology and its use in driving revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to maintain focus through change and thrive amid ambiguity
  • Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Position is based in Ho Chi Minh. Some travel will be required.
