Employment Information

Job Description

  • Work with our Asia service teams to establish and execute a service plan & strategy for Vietnam that best accommodates the needs of the company & its partners, along with ensuring the needs of the business are matched to growth expectations
  • Manage budgets and cost centers associated with the service center to ensure service expectations are delivered on time & to estimates.
  • Ensure the service facility is furnished with the correct tooling & equipment to provide a high-quality repair with the fastest possible turnaround time
  • Ensure that the service center is set up & maintained within the expected brand guidelines
  • Train our commercial partners, their staff & if required, end users on the repair & maintenance of the Milwaukee range of products that are available in the Vietnam market.
  • Work closely with our Asia service teams to manage inventories of spare parts & spare parts pricing
  • Continually monitor quality in market & work closely with our Asia teams to resolve challenges faced or communicate opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly service reports in line with expectations of the Asia service teams
  • Work with our Asia teams to define & execute an internal training plan, providing a personal development path for our service staff & allowing the organization to further its goals & objectives Ensure the Vietnam Service Center is operated with the highest levels of personal & company safety expectations in mind.

Job Requirement

  • Travel as & when required to do so.
  •  A relevant degree is desirable but not compulsory. The ideal candidate may have completed relevant studies at a vocational business school or college and achieved a high pass mark to be considered ideal.
  • Ability to prioritize projects & strong problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills with both customers & internal departments
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & PowerPoint a must
  • Good spoken & written English skills
  • Strong skills in written & spoken English.
  • An understanding of Health & Safety would be preferred.
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Motivated and energetic to learn
