Job Description

  • Manage and bulid the strong relationship with the existing clients
  • Support to customers on the installation, operation, troubleshooting, part identification và recover Semiconductor Equiqments.
  • Implement the progam such as: conduct operation, programming, application, maintenance in house and customer sites
  • Carry the product training and collect the update information
  • Update the customer situation and follow up the pending issue, spare-part inquiries
  • Support the after sale , improve coordination and collaboration within internal team
  • Evaluate, analyze ,inform accurately all problem trends to engineering and other relevant departments.
  • Report update figure and activities (daily, weekly )
  • Be able to travel for business to visit customers.
  • Take care and call 24/7 to customers , except for vacations or pre-approved period.

Job Requirement

  • Be self-motivated
  • Graduated from technical, electronics, Robotics or Mechanical University
  • Familiar with:Dicing saw, wire-bonding, SMT, SMD lines
  • Good at presentation,communication,minđe process and negotiation skills
  • Good at English (especially listening and writing)
