You will be accountable for overall planning, sales execution and to liaise with corporate clients in order to provide best possible service and to achieve the goals set forth by the company, but not limited too.
Take full ownership of all retail activities with emphasis of improving retail sales, reduce product disposals and manage product expiry dates, if any.
Develop winning store concepts in cooperation with marketing department.
Control and manage all retail employees. Be instrumental by example; apply and demand strict adherence to guidelines and discipline. Be available to do coaching, training and support them when necessary. Make sure that his/her team follows strictly operations rules of Annam Group guidelines.
Improve Communication related to retail & corporate events through the year.
Answer customer request following new products and follow retail and Corporate customers turnover.
Provide weekly & monthly reports on time.
Be champion of Leader and public relation element, be responsible for good customer service; answer customers' complaints, and/or inquiries, examines returned merchandise and resolve customers' problem to restore and promote good public relations.
Be responsible of the petty cash in the shop and to reconcile the same and submit to the accounting department.
Coordinate with marketing department for all retail activities in the store, and in particular for shop decoration during events, Tet and other festive seasons.
Assume general responsibility for the inventory of the store, prepare replenishment orders and have at all times accurate stock records.
Carry out any other duties as delegated by the ASM.
Good communication and writing English skills required
Previous experience with a similar company.
Basic level of marketing competencies including consumers insights, concept development.
