Job Description

- Planning and implementing customer service business activities including: Design, installation, warranty, maintenance and customer's visit in accordance with procedures and regulations of the company.

- Managing and checking product quality

- Assisting in new product development

- Organizing and managing technical profiles and documents

- Having responsible for supporting and counseling technical activities.

- Proposing improvements or enhancing the quality of customer care activities.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree or higher of Technical engineer (Automation, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering,…)

- Fluent in English - Good communication skill, negotiation skill and sales consultant skill….

- At least 02 year experience of customer service engineer or equivalent in the field of electronic or/and automation; fresh graduation is accepted

- Good command in CAD

- Proficient in computer and application software….

- Passionate and motivated people.

- Fluent in English

- Willing to work flexible hours.

- Possess own transport.
