Experienced (Non - Manager)
• Sales Strategy/Tactics Planning (Business Plan, Target Setting, Contets Planning, Sales Project Planning etc)
• Sales Analysis (Business Sales Analysis, Project analysis, Contest Review, Competitor Analysis, Budget Management, Budget Status Reviewing etc).
• Support Tasks: Support Sales & Others sales related tasks as assigned from BOD, Agency Planning Head, , Trip to Sales,
- University degree or above (Foreign Trade University, University of Economics,..)
- Relevant life insurance diploma/certificate such as LOMA, LIMRA is preferred
- At least 3-year experience in the life insurance industry.
- Experience in Sales analysis/Planning.
- Microsoft Access know-how
- Good communicate skill.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, system, data structure.
- Strong computer skill, especially in using Ms Excel, Access, Visual Basic for Excel/Access.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skill
- Strong writing skill (Vietnamese & English).
