1. HR policies • Advise the BOM in building organizational structure, planning and managing human resource development strategy • Develop personnel policy • Develop personnel evaluation systems (KPIs, OKRs), competency framework and implementation • Build labor regulations, labor agreements, regulations on reward and discipline within the management area. • Develop regulations on salary, allowances and benefits • Develop salary budget and salary indicators, reward for departments and control salary budget performance indicators • Build career development programs for the company's employees • Develop policies to promote and replace personnel
2. Recruitment • Coordinate with the Head of Department to plan and budget for annual recruitment • Implement recruitment programs as planned or arising as required
3. Training • Establish an annual training budget: Identify needs, develop an overall plan and organize training • Develop content and implement periodic or required training programs. • Manage and settle procedures and regimes for employees • Manage and settle complaints of employees, records of internal incidents in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the Company's regulations. • Develop appropriate policies to create an appropriate working environment and corporate culture. Build corporate culture. • Perform other jobs as assigned by the Direct Manager
4. Administration • Asset management and tracking, employee supervision in accordance with company methods and processes • Manage and restore documents. Manage document system • Manage hygiene, security, fire prevention, environment • Manage activities related to buying, selling, repairing property, infrastructure, electricity, water, telephone,… • Manage and implement activities related to social welfare (sickness, funeral, wedding, birthday, travel ...caring) • Coordinate with HR to organize internal communication activities, internal activities • Coordinate with Finance - Accounting to carry out administrative procedures as prescribed • Perform other jobs as assigned by the Direct Manager
Job Requirement
• Graduated from university under major of human resource management, law • Mastering the labor code, the PIT law, the health insurance law, and the social insurance law, having knowledge and skills in human resource management • Having experience in building KPI and OKR evaluation systems • Having experience in working for technology companies, e-commerce is an advantage • Having at least 2-year experience in an equivalent position • Ability to orient the structure, development scale, form of training, building a team of personnel of the Company • Good at employee relations in order to promptly handle arising personnel situations. • Advanced office informatics (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project) • Budgeting and management • Honesty and integrity • Enthusiastic, highly responsible and proactive at work; • Communication skills, connecting people • Logical thinking and problem solving skills • The ability to adapt to change and proactively drive it • Positive Thinking • Under 35 years old
