This role will revolve around creating, integrating, and streamlining the entire end-to-end production process involving our manufacturing partners, including QA, QC, import/export and last mile logistics. You will expand Zenyum’s ability to grow in the region by ensuring that we have resilient supply chains and importation capabilities in the Vietnam market. A successful candidate will be process-oriented and a strong communicator, able to implement scalable process, and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.
You will play a vital role in day to day production operations in the company, work closely with key stakeholders to ensure processes run smoothly, and are improved over time. You will work with a pan-Asian team, trained by our Singaporean central function, and work with other country counterparts.
Be experienced with inventory management, capacity planning, quality assurance, and process optimization activities
Be able to formulate, standardized, and/or implement QA testing tools and strategies for development and operations using internal test teams and external vendors.
Be responsible for logistics (including last mile processes) and quality assurance of incoming products
Drafting, adjusting, supplementing common goods import and export documents
Liaise with internal departments and customers on delivery issues
Have experience with running supply chain operations for at least 6 year, preferably in start-ups and enjoy creating systems and processes to structure a young fast-growing operation
Experienced in import/export, customs, regulations and also local last mile fulfilment processes
Enjoy fast iterations, analytics, and a high level of operational complexity.
Bachelors’ degree, or equivalent experience Supply Chain Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Logistics with an understanding of Medical/Life Sciences industry.
High proficiency in Excel, CRM, and ERP systems; resource planning strategy experience is a plus!
