What you will do
- Analyze recruitment requests and propose appropriate recruitment plans.
- Attract qualified candidates and build talent pool through job posting, networking, headhunting, etc.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Organize assessments and interviews.
- Prepare recruitment report.
- Participate in building process, database, tools for recruitment purpose.
- Collect and analyze labor market information in order to counsel department head related to recruitment activities.
- Take part in recruitment branding activities (Job fairs, university sponsor events,..).
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- At least 1 years of experience in a recruitment position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English.
- Strong analytics skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution).
- Progressive and able to work under pressure.
- Eager to learn and willing to accept new challenges.
