What you will do

  • Analyze recruitment requests and propose appropriate recruitment plans.
  • Attract qualified candidates and build talent pool through job posting, networking, headhunting, etc.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
  • Organize assessments and interviews.
  • Prepare recruitment report.
  • Participate in building process, database, tools for recruitment purpose.
  • Collect and analyze labor market information in order to counsel department head related to recruitment activities.
  • Take part in recruitment branding activities (Job fairs, university sponsor events,..).
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 years of experience in a recruitment position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and English.
  • Strong analytics skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution).
  • Progressive and able to work under pressure.
  • Eager to learn and willing to accept new challenges.
