Oversee all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Other relevant tasks following HR Lead’s requests
At least 01 year’ professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role(s)
Fluent English with both verbal and written communication
Proficiency in the use of popular recruitment websites, including VietnamWorks, CareerBuilder, etc.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Expat.com, etc.)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
Knowledge of legislation
Be fast-learner, open for challenges
Experience in organizing events, arranging business trips like booking hotels, flights
Proven recruitment experience with developer candidates and expat candidates
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
