Job Description

  • Forecast and identify hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Responsible for recruitment tasks which includes staff planning, identifying candidates, jobs posting, filtering applicants, conducting interview by phone and in person, updating recruitment database
  • Schedule interview and appointments
  • Handle Job offer, labour contract, appendix of contract, collaboration agreement, resignation decision
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Manage daily recruitment update
  • Monitor onboarding program to ensure all new hires are provided with onboarding programs
  • Organize employee engagement programs to provide the best service to employees with optimum cost (e.g, yearly event, teambuilding, women’s day, monthly events, birthday party, etc)
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with Linkedin supporting tools
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing will be a plus
  • Experience of tech-recruiting will be a plus
