Job Description

Identify and forecast recruitment demand basing on the approved plan.

Develop recruitment plan, promote employer branding programs, expand and develop networking with potential candidates.

Be responsible for human development and talent development in TEKCOM.

Analyze Recruiting Requirements and consult BOD and other Heads of Departments about constructing Functional Departments and Job Description Sheet for each position.

Be responsible for the recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, and job offers,…

Coordinate with related departments in monitoring and evaluating new employees during probation.

Construct and improve the processes, documents, and approaches in talent recruitment and development.

Develop database of potential candidates in order to meet TEKCOM’s current and future recruitment demand.

Store employees’ records. Update and manage the HR system (ERP).

Set up and manage related expenses within the approved budgets.

Conduct other relevant HR tasks assigned when required.

Job Requirement

Bachelor Degree; Human Resources Management related field is preferred

Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...), google apps, social network…

Fluent in English

At least 05 years experienced in the same role. Experienced in multinational manufacturing company is preferred.

Having experience in headhunt/HR provider companies is a big plus.

Personality: extrovert, excellent communication skills and networking skills

Good skills in communicating and dealing with related partners

Interview and recruitment skills

Leadership and management skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Responsible, proactive and can work under high pressure.
