Job Description

Key responsibilities:

- Take lead in headcount planning and sourcing procedure

- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies &staffing firms.

- In charge of full cycle of interview & selection process

- Talent mapping and talent management.

- Build up strategy to promote OnPoint as a Great Place to Work.

- Manage Internship program to build talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Set up and build relationship with schools, university..

- Candidate with background or experience in E-Commerce will be preferred.

Job Requirement

- University degree in relevant discipline with minimum of 4-5 years related HR working experience

- Love start-up working environment

- Passion to change, growth .

- Sound knowledge on labor law and general HR management

- Strong influencing and consulting skills

- Capability in change management and driving execution

- Strong interpersonal skills – effective in developing and managing relationships

- Good business insights, cross functional capabilities and communication skills

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
