Job Description

• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)

• Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

• Build a quality relationship with the internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies

• Monitor and effectively manage recruitment process

• Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization

• Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key positions in the organization)

Job Requirement

• To have at least 3 years-experience in managerial level of HR function;

• To hold a degree, preferable in HR/Law/Economics;

• To have good manner of providing services and result – oriented;

• To have good communication skill while remaining being independent;

• Fluent in English ;

• Experience in managing a team is a plus;

• Experience in company sized over 1000 headcounts is a plus;
