Job Description

Talent acquisition specialist will deliver full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering. Your responsibility mainly focuses on

Recruitment:
+ Consult with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria

+ Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs

+ Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool

+ Make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews

+ Making the plan and monitor the annual recruitment budget

+ Uploading Advertise the Job Opening through Social Media Channel

+ Support for TAM on recruitment planning and related cost management.

On-boarding Induction:
+ Implement the induction for new employees about company information such as mission, vision, organizational charts, rules, and policies

Employer Branding and Talent Attraction:
+ Plan and organize recruitment events (Job fairs, Career day, Career talk…)
+ Be in charge of the partnership with agencies, universities
+ Networking on social networks, HR forums/communities

Other duties assigned by TAM

Job Requirement

- Holding Bachelor Degree in HR or Administration;
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment; specialized in Real estate industry is preferred;
- Good interpersonal, problem solving & critical thinking skills;
- Good command of English;
- Customer-oriented, patient;
- Good sense of human being;
- Planning skill, good teamwork, and flexible communication.
