· Provides day to day management of the recruiting team-sets goals, designs processes and measures results.
· Provides technical recruiting expertise to recruiting specialists.
· Works with site management to determine and fill hiring needs.
· Generates a strong candidate pool for all client groups.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
· Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field.
· Plus 5 years of sourcing, interviewing, recruiting experience.
· Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
