Job Description

The Human Resource Generalist will be in charge of HR-related functions on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation.

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Identify resource needs, design job descriptions for posting.
  • Source potential candidates through diverse channels
  • Screen CVs, process the interview discuss offers.
  • Participate in Employer Branding intiatives
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Manage talent pool

2. General Employee Management:

  • Conduct employee onboarding, follow up KPI and training program
  • Administer the compensation & benefits program
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Engage, align and inspire employees via internal communication and employee engagement
  • Other HR tasks assigned by HR manager.

3. Training & Development:

  • Liaise with department heads to identify the training needs
  • Arrange logistics and conduct the training courses
  • Monitor the progress and report

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Strong Knowledge & experience in talent acquisition, especially in IT industry as a plus
  • Understand of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence.
  • A high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Good English communication skills
