In this role you will be responsible for promoting business unit of Bang & Olufsen in Vietnam. You will also take a lead coming up with sales plan/strategies within B2B industry and in constant collaboration with Retail Department.
The key areas you would own include :
Develop and manage wholsale distribution system through agencies nationwide (about 20 POS for the 1st year and 50 POS in 3 next year)
Achieve the budgeted sales objectives for wholesale
Create, propose, prepare and finalize terms and conditions of distribution contract with agencies regarding distributed products, discount scheme, committed budget, pricing, warranty, sales and marketing support.
Work closely with Retail department to preapre and manage stock for wholesale, forecast order for newly launched products, update info and new pricelist when neccessary, do market research (especially grey market) and find solutions to minimize the influence from unauthorized distributors.
Work closely with Retail and Marketing departments to come up with campaigns, events, marketing activities to push sales and support agencies.
Make sure agencies follow terms and conditions stated in the distribution contract.
Support agencies to solve conflicts/problems in a timely manner and inspire long-term partner relationships.
Prepare monthly wholsale report and plan for future development
Be the brand ambassador by promoting and demonstrating the Bang & Olufsen brand and product in- and outside the stores.

You need to have experience with minimum 4 years of working experience in retail, preferably within luxury goods or consumer electronics as well as the network in the industry
Wholesales experiences in Technology brands, International audio brand is preferable
Good communication (eloquent, orally as well as in writing) and interpersonal skills (communicate well with clients and colleagues)
Be a team player with good integrity and exceptional work ethic
Be flexible i.e. able to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays when required
