KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality assurance on functions in charge:
- Set up, review quality plans of incoming/Micro/ Sensory/QC/Calibration and do training for person in charge
- Assure these plans (routine or non-routine) are implemented and followed up tightly according to your assigned responsibilities
- Make sure quality of materials/semi-product/finish good have been tested /checked & met requirements
- Execute full test for end of shelf-life, annually test, new products… as planned or requested
- Execute the verification and validation as planned or requested
Reporting and documents control:
- Daily, weekly or related reports on time and accuracy
- Conduct trend and issue analysis
- Review and update related documents as per Kore/ATR/MECQ/McD/ISO/ Local law, document system program
- Ensure accurate records and well management to support traceability system
- In necessary, write technical reports and assist in development of procedures, SOP relevant with jobs performance.
Non-conformities handling:
- Daily quality issue solving for all non-conformities (NC) happened at assigned functions/areas (such as material, production, feedback from market…)
- Assist to investigate causes of NC and suggest CAP if any
- Doing CAR with related departments/Supplier if any
- Review and ensure all non-compliances are promptly notified to the relevant departments
- Proactive to deep dive quality/production issues to conduct preventive actions which can help eliminate risks/issues
Trial
- Follow up trial request, trial protocol and cooperate to conduct trial & report on assigned area
- Follow up trial samples & destroy samples after finishing
- Assure all new materials after trial which have been informed to related functions and update into master file
- To be a project leader (implement/evaluate/report…) for any quality changing / improvement at responded areas
- More detail responsibilities are followed:
- Incoming QATL: lead new material trails
- QATL in lines: lead primary packaging trials, saving projects, new product/process trial. Participate in extension/commissioning/FAT/SAT projects (new lines/new equipment/new technology…)
GMP, Internal /External Audit:
- Check the GMP areas assigned & Report on time
- Frequency to join Internal & External audits
- Ensure GMP of Lab room meet the approved target
People management:
- Set up the working schedule for QC team under your management weekly
- OT/HT control for QC team under your management
- Set up, review and implement development plan for all direct report staff (QA/QCs)
Incoming QATL specific responsibilities:
- Follow up the customs clearance status of imported goods and make decision on time
- Proactive to cooperate with supplier, procurement, packaging manager to solve and improve quality of materials
Micro QATL specific activities:
- Enhance Sensory culture to SC dept.
- Make sure supply enough facility for quality activities: no lacking equipment and chemicals, in good condition of calibration, maintenance, SOP available and training implement
- Control Lab budget as planned
- Follow up PR/PO/GR / RFA for Quality dept.
- Issue update and propose for prevention
Sensory QA TL specific activities:
- Enhance Sensory culture
- Develop sensory panelist team
Lab Management specific activities:
- Control Lab budget as plan
- Follow up PR/PO/GR/RFA for Quality Dept.
- Make sure supply enough facility and ready for quality activities: no lacking equipment and chemicals, in good condition and under calibration of equipment
- SOP available and training implement for all lab equipment
- Make sure all of external testing, calibrate report being reviewed and inform if having any issue
QA Market:
Market support
- Preparing for the quality training plan, facility and materials, conducting the training and evaluating as frequency for: Sale team, Distributor, Cross dock, Transporter, Distribution Center, Key Account.
- Frequency to conduct, check, measure, data analyze the Best fresh program and give feedback to sale for improvement
- Directly and proactive to check and get information from sale team for product quality for improvement
- Frequency to conduct the customer satisfaction as a part of ISO 9001
PET CO2 performance:
- Proceed PET Age survey (new product or special requested) by buying product on the market and testing, data analysis and reporting
- CO2 retention to follow up periodic plan of current applied and new product, new trial preforms or material
- Response for Field test on the market to collect sample for Lab test
- Support to check quality of internal/ external product transfer and working with Logistic team to have improvement of transportation condition
Customer complaint:
- Closely working with CIC to provide technical evaluation.
- Complained sample check and report.
- Coordinate with CS to change/return product from market
- Other tasks are assigned by Direct Line Manager or Support other quality functions as requested
