Job Description

1.Technical Development
- Study relevant design standards, both local and international standard for
targetted sector, focus on: Fire / Thermal / Acoustic / Impact Resistance.
- Develop new system/application or renovate current systems/applications to
quickly meet current requirements from the market / customers, including clear
performance figures / installation method / drawings / details & test report.
2. Technical Development
- Technical inputs and advice for communication tools
- Product and system testing, evaluation & benchmarking, monitoring and control
quality of all product changes and tests linked to Operation team.
3. Technical Development
- To develop advanced specification and detailing to demonstrate how to
construct each of the systems, support and monitor the specification document
base on Project Sale team’s requirement: spec, drawing, detail, submission…
4. Technical Support
- Build & Provide Technical Support Services to Customer Effectively & Efficiency
(Internal & External), following to Agreed Technical Service List for each target
polar, which is incl.: shop-drawing; structural verification; acoustic verification;
physical meeting – seminar…
5.
Value Engineering: good at structural subject, be able to review – renew current
systems/application and provide cost optimized solutions.
6.
Construction Drawing: very good at the implementation of construction drawing
(shop-drawing) by utilized professional sofwares: AutoCAD / REVIT

Job Requirement

1. Education

- Architect or Interior Designer or Civil Engineer (preferable with additional commercial degree or experience)

- Professional Construction / Technical Qualifications

2. Experience

- 3-5 years Technical Sales experience in construction materials

- Good understanding of Construction phases and Participants of each stage.

- Good knowledge of construction products and building systems

- Construction market experience: Design standard, building regulation

3. Technical Competencies

- Technical Expertise (system performance & practical application/installation)

- Technical functional Analysis

4. Skills & Ability

- Good listerning

- Good presentation

- Effective communication in both ways

- Strong computer skills with advanced software aptitude.

- Relationship Management

- Major Project and Customer Support

- Collaborative Team Working

- Planning / Administration / Reporting

5. Language skills

- Good in English (written and oral)
