Job Description

Duties and responsibilities of the job

We are looking for a seasoned, hard-working, smart and over achieving Technical Sales Engineer – FDI with proven experiences and the passion of selling technology solutions to customers. And, the ideal candidate for this vacancy is expected to build business by identifying and selling prospects as well as maintaining relationships with clients in FDI sector.


  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options with total focus on FDI enterprises.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions via consulting sales based upon technical value interpretation.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements via technical values.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Report to Sales Supervisor – Industrial on a regular basis and timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by upper management.

Job Requirement


  • Integrity, self-motivated, self-disciplined.
  • At least 2-year experiences in Technical Sales, Sales in B2B preferable.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good presentation and creativity skills.
  • Be willing to travel and working overtime.
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably related to chemical or material engineering.
  • A plus point of understanding about Electroplating chemicals for industrial uses and applications.
