Employment Information

Job Description

1. Make Sales strategy and planning for monthly/quarterly/yearly, then arrange and supervise for conduct.
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
3. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with potential customer and existing Customers. Managing customer by doing a joint visit and his/her own visit to the target.
4. Achieving sales target and growth sales for each product;
5. Responsible and eager to have an activity in the area in term to achieve the target
6. Check and review biding documents & cooperate to Sales Support to make quotation and biding.
7. Manage costs related to sales activities of the section according to company rules, ensure saving and reasonable.
8. Have an integrity to manage promotional and operational budget effectively and efficiently
9. Understand and manage any jobs of Sales staffs in team to speed-up sales.
10. Responsible and eager to have an activity in the area in term to achieve the target
11. Responsible for supports or sales directly for difficult / large cases to ensure hit the annual sales target.
12. Represent the business at conferences, seminars and networking events.
13. Co-ordinate with related departments (Salesman, Sales support team, Accounting…) to ensure minimize damage arising by late delivery or late payment of customers.
14. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team;
15. Other task within scope of professional ability as per request from BOD.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred.
  • At least 04 years’ experience in technical sales & at least 02 years’ experience in sales managing level.
  • Having sales experience in products: mechanical seal, coupling, filter, pump, valve; pipe; fitting; industries electricity; Pump is strongly preferred. 
  • Ability in planning for sales and strategy for achievement
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.
  • Speaks and writes English well
  • Have an experience in technical trading company and have a good network in end-users
