Job Description

  • Receive and schedule to visit complainants with all tool kits equipped for jobsite work – within 4 hours in key cities and 8 hours in provinces
  • Identify and analyses possible root cause then explain to complainants for more understanding of the issue at site. Suggest corrective actions to fix the issue and preventive actions by consulting paint system and application of Akzo Nobel paints to complainants. Closing complaints in 04 – 07 days
  • Visiting to customer’sites and retailer’shops to handle complaints and got customer’s feedback regarding a) Product quality b) Service quality c) Customer’s expectation. Raise these issues to management level for consideration and improvement. Complaint per ‘000 pcs sold: 0.210 cases
  • Consult consumers paint system and application for the best quality of their construction. Customer satisfaction 19.5 points (Max.20 pts)
  • Accurately answer all consumer’s online enquiries (company website) about product functions. Response within 24H

Job Requirement

  • College or University Degree
  • 02-year Technical Service experience preferable
  • Clear communication
  • Effective negotiation
  • Willing to travel
  • Patient & customer-oriented
