Job Description

- Handle and process all customer's inquiries and orders

- Customer's issues and complaints solution in the right manner and timeline

- Closely coordinate with other related departments for smooth working

- Responsible for acting as liason between customer and company

- Other jobs as assigned

Job Requirement

- Prioritize candidates who have IELTS/ TOEIC certificate or others languages (Japanese, Chinese, ...)

- Have knowledges in electric/electronics filed

- Prioritize candidates have experience in electronic manufaturing field.

- Accept fresh candidates (no experience) but graduated in electric/electronic/mechanical/automation fields.
