Job Description

JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE

Maintain and supervise production equipment
Human control (arrange job, arrange working schedule)
GMP documentation work, Calibration and validation support for supervisor.
Machine operator guidance and education
Participation of Improvement activity

JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES

Control job of Machine Operator in the cosmetic area, medicine area and eye drop area manufacturing;
Support supervisor’s job in the cosmetic area, medicine area and eye drop area manufacturing machine and supporting equipment;
Support to operate the cosmetic area, medicine area and eye drop area manufacturing machine and supporting equipment;
Repair the cosmetic area, medicine area and eye drop area manufacturing machine and supporting equipment;
Maintain the cosmetic area, medicine area and eye drop area manufacturing machine and supporting equipment;
Carry out calibration measurement equipment in the cosmetic area, medicine area and eye drop area manufacturing machine and supporting equipment;
Consider to improve the cosmetic area, medicine area and eye drop area manufacturing machine and supporting equipment in order to reduce complain from consumer;
Follow GMP documentation;
Follow and carry out Kaizen activity contents;
Cooperate with related departments in handling change;
Follow other duties required from upper persons

JOB EXPECTATIONS

Job Requirement

Fresh University graduated – major in Mechanical / Machatronics or Electrical / Electronics
Can use AutoCAD (if any)
Good computer skill (IT knowledge, Microsoft office)
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese language
Can work in shift
