Job Description

  • Make 1st call to customers who touch to us directly and ask for satisfaction score.
  • Produces reports and analyses data
  • Monitors 1st/2nd call performance vs. targets and follows-up with other departments and/or adjusts Tool settings
  • Work with other departments to ensure status update by respective functional/departmental heads.
  • Remind 2nd callers to make 2nd call to customers.
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirement

  • Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English with an ability to deal with individuals at all circumstances
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office with excellent oral and written communication
  • Good service mind with a professional attitude towards communicating with clients
  • Good time management and teamwork skills
  • Good logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Experience in a call center or customer service will be an advantage
