- Supervise daily sales activities of bancassurance telesales teams to maximize sales of products and services in line with VPB FC's objectives and strategy.
- Be responsible in sales performance & other assigned target.
- Build sales target for Team Leaders & TSA.
- Supervise daily sales activities, ensure the telesales process run smoothly and effectively.
- Propose & coordinate with related stakeholders to build promotion programs, spirit raise-up.
- Record customer data & productivity metrics (e.g., products sold per day) for productivity analysis & reporting purpose. Give perspectives on product development to different customer segments, contributing ideas & solutions to develop sales team.
- Recruit, manage, develop staffs to accomplish the goals of Bancassurance Telesales Unit.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics major or relevant major
- At least 5 years’ experience in telesales of banking products, at least 01 year in management position.
- Understanding of insurance products & services
- Good communication skill, interpersonal, customer focused & goal driven
- Leadership skill, analytical skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Good command in English
