Job Description

1. Contact with customer to invite them for Recall and Service Campaign

2. Contact with customer to inform VISUCO activity or collect some customer feedback

3. Record customer contact result in the database

4. Making report to manager and related section

5. Follow up other instruction and request from manager

Education: College

PC skills: Excel

Language level: Enough English skill

Other soft skills: Good talking and communication skill with customer

Year of experience: No required

Other requires: 

- Phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Familiarity with Customer Relation activity

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
