The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for procuring materials in the manufacturing and shipment of a final product, negotiating price and shipment terms, and delivering materials needed to ensure that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved.
Key Accountabilities:
Forecasting: Predict demand, supply, pricing for the products to ensure the business right-size stock levels, minimize lead times and optimize order management.
Sourcing: Choose right services & goods that the company needs for day-to-day running
Quality: Ensure to maintain high level of quality of goods or services
Logistics Warehouse Distribution: Deal with storage, transportation/ delivery, stock control, and inventory management services
Operations: Using systems, processes to plan and execute the flow of goods & services from supplier to customer
Job Requirement
Education:
College & Bachellor's degree in Supply Chain/ logistics management or any similar field.
Experience:
1-2 years of SC/ logistics/ procurement management Knowledge of:
Local market
Retail, F&B
Financial documents
Work related skills:
Quickly respond to multiple emergencies
Inventory management & Data analysis
Soft skills:
Time management & problem solving skills
Good communication & negotiation skill and able to work under pressure
Fluent in speaking and writing for both Vietnamese & English
