1. Admin Task
- Support admin in ensuring all correspondences being sent through reception to be carried out accurately, timely, and controlled effectively.
- Support admin in purchasing, payment for office cost: taxi, stationary, etc
2. HR Task
- Involve in the recruitment process: job posting, search, screening CV, schedule interview
- Communicate promptly to give application results to candidates.
- Support team in organizing events: Team Building, Training, YEP, etc
- Prepare facilities and documents for orientation training to make sure all newcomers join us will be welcomed nicely and professionally.
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
- Other Tasks assigned by HRM
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Fresher or Final-year student with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related sub-major
- Dynamic and willing to learn with a positive attitude
- Good computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Be confident, flexible, be able to organize its work
