- Work with KA to align, input for trade marketing plans & activities
- Align with KA for trade marketing plans & activities
- Track, monitor, report performance of trade marketing plans/ activities in the assigned KA
- Track, analyze competitor's activities and propose action plans in the assigned KA
- Strong control of daily operations manage sales ad-hoc, customer requests to provide the best customer service
- Control marketing budget spending as plan
- Track, monitor, and report marketing budget spending
Picture of Success (PicOS)
- Give input to Commercial marketing on the design of PicOS
- Align with KA & manage supplier/ stakeholder for POSM production & delivery to the store/ sales offices.
- Support Market Execution in terms of PicOS deployment
- Analyze, report progress of PicOS deployment in the assigned KA
- Analyze monthly KA performance based on internal and external data & competition report; propose action plan
- Carry out Ad-hoc market report, analysis
