Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Responsible for planning marketing strategy for the products to in line with overall business objectives.
  • Track result, evaluate and feedback of marketing activities / promotion and report to supervisor.
  • Initiating and developing marketing activities to deliver department business goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales & activities performance, including expenses – A&P spending.
  • Support product/marketing manager on product development, sales volume and other jobs as assigned
  • Analyze all market situations and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient.
  • Design all required marketing and sales program for assign territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products and participate.
  • Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all export activities and implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives.
  • Prepare budgets and follow up in order to achieve the target
  • Tracks and monitors product development process to ensure on time new product launches and support plans are comprehensively executed
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with principal and sales team in order to achieve all sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies.
  • Responsible for product inventory level to have enough stocks for the forecast sales.
  • Be part of team in developing and responsible for tactical execution of marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external department go get the job done

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relate filed
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Marketing and related with FMCG will be advantage
  • Have good interpersonal skill and ability to negotiate with third parties
  • Good in English both writing and speaking
  • Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good leadership
  • Good presentation skills; excellent written communication abilities
  • Skills in displays, promotions and below-the-line activities development
  • Able to operate within a team environment.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot table) and PowerPoint skills
  • Dynamic and capability in multi-tasking
  • Can work on Saturday (Full day)
