Job Description

GENERAL INFORMATION

§ Position: TRAINING ASSISTANT - EDUCATIONAL SERVICE

§ Job Code: JO-180612-164885

§ Headcount(s): 1

§ Level: Staff

§ Contract Term: Permanent

§ Recruitment Reason: New-hired

§ Expected Joining Date: Pursuant to Vietnam Labor Law (the sooner the better)

§ Work Location: District 1, HCMC

§ Work Time:

- Monday~Friday (8:00~17:00)

- Saturday morning working every other week (9:00~12:00) -> to be stated in labor contract but in fact usually no working

§ Salary Range: Gross 15.000.000~18.000.000 VND per month/ Negotiable

§ Allowance(s): Business trip allowance

§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year

§ Benefit(s): SHUI / Annual health check / Company trip

§ Other(s): On-the-job training / Good work environment / Supportive colleagues

§ Selection Process: Two rounds (Vietnamese Training Leader -> Japanese Manager)

JOB DUTIES

§ Report to Vietnamese Training Leader (female, 30s)

§ Team Size: 4-5 members

§ Job Responsibilities:

- Support Line Manager in delivering in-house training service mostly to Japanese corporate clients

- Handle sales and marketing activities under Line Manager’s instruction:

ü Make cold calls to client database and introduce about the company’s training services

ü Consult call-in clients based on their training needs

ü No business development, no target setting

- Take charge of all training assistant tasks

ü Join Line Manager in meeting with clients to hear about their training needs; take meeting minutes;

ü Assist in customizing specific training content based on the available Training Curriculum Standards; edit training layout and training materials

ü Prepare and send quotation directly to the client; prepare the Vietnamese/English service contract using the available format of the company

ü Support Line Manager and external lecturer(s) in demo and official training sessions usually at the client’s site: logistics, teabreak, facilities, printing, learner assistance, classroom activities, assessment form…

ü Follow up with the client afterwards to learn about their satisfaction and improvement points

- Classroom size: max 24-25 pax

- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-          Language Skill(s): English business level

-          Computing: MS Office

-          Gender: Any

-          Age: 27-35

-          2+ years of relevant experience (working as Internal Training Assistant / Recruitment & Training Executive…)

§  Preferable Requirement(s)

-          N/A

§  Desirable Character(s):

-          Able to go on frequent business trips

-          Excellent communication, especially consulting skills

-          High sense of task ownership and time management

-          Passionate about training

-          Personality: persistent, careful, supportive
