Job Description

  • Plan & budget the annual Skill and Leadership training S&L plan to facilitate roadmap & IDP.
  • Plan soft skill and leadership training S&L unit to ensure providing the required training programs to stakeholders as HR, IT, Collection, UW and others.
  • Working with training vendors to provide leadership, mentorship, applicable training and overall guidance for top and middle management and team leader, supervisor if functional has needs required give accordingly training programs for.
  • Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.
  • Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
  • Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
  • Works with stakeholder to address training issues, instruction problems, design or consult new solutions needs regarding specific solutions of functional.
  • Coaching and developing trainer to enhance trainer’s competence through daily activities.
  • Reviews existing training materials produced by stakeholders to determine appropriateness and relevance.
  • Manages costs for all programs, productions, and publications in order to report to organization executives regarding a ROI.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor of Training/ Finance & Banking/ Business Administration, etc.
  • At least 4 - 5 years’ experiences in training
  • At least 1 year in similar position is preferable
  • Corporate training in Consumer finance/ Banking/ Finance background is a plus
  • Excellent in training design & development
  • Strong is training analysis and measurement
  • Strong in coaching & feedback
  • Excellent in program design & development
