Job Description

Identify training needs within the entire staff base, including training requirements for entering into new market areas

Conduct and implement standard training form.

Attend at all training schedule of HOD and BOM

Direct do orientation training and soft skills for employees

Provide logistical support, set up training room with necessary training equipment, evaluation, process measurements

Contact with external training organizations, invite them to supply professional skill or soft skills training course which may cost for be free for employees FDLR

Learn and advising FDLR necessary training courses. Assisting the management in analyzing training needs

Create testing and evaluation processes. Organize and join all test, review programme of each department.

Collect training plan, follow up training plan and training report from departments.

Monitor staff through training programs ensuring personal and organizational targets are achieved.

Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation relevant to training and disseminate any new requirements appropriately to colleagues

Maintain own personal development in relation to training and the hospitality industry.

Have a complete understanding of policies and Procedures of HRD and others, Job Description, Employee Handbook, resort’s policy relating to fire, safety and health and to adhere to the regulations contained therein. Report any hazard to health or safety immediately superior or any other appropriate Department Head

Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior which is not included in this job description.

Participating in community projects or activities in order to promoting the resort’s image and cooperation to improve community relationships. Developing social programs.

Build and maintain solid cross-functional relationships among individual and department in resort

Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, training centers, lecturer, departments and agencies

Job Requirement

At least Bachelor degree in any field

Knowledge of soft skills training, life skills

Planning and organizational skills. Verbal and written communication skills, Presentation skills.    

Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Advanced PowerPoint skills.  Ability to design training programmes/instructional design

Proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing

Honest, enthusiastic, inquisitive, receptive

At least of three year of experience (training manager) in the hospitality (Hotel, resort 5*) industry and experience in training soft skill. 

Budgeting experience.
