Job Description

- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs

- Developing an overall or individualized training and development plan addresses needs and expectations

- Deploying training programs for all levels of sales advisors at stores specifically tailor to the individual needs of each store, businesses and service requirements in a wide variety of training methods

- In partnership with Operation team to deliver all New Store Opening training which includes: product, service for all new stores as well as new hire training for their new starters.

- Monitoring and evaluating training program’s effectiveness, success and report on them in order to track the improvement in the performance of each Sales Advisors and implement key learnings from evaluation for better training programs in future.

- Developing and managing training method, training calendar and training budget

- Resolving any specific problems and tailor training programs if necessary

- Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

- Working closely with Operation Manager to develop and implement new action plans and corrective action plans to better perform the under-performance stores within areas.

- In partnership with global training team to collect other statistics as required e.g. customer feedback, mystery shopper result and competitor intelligence.

Job Requirement

- A minimum of 3 years' training management experiences, ideally in retail industry

- Proven work experience as a training manager

- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

- Understanding of retail industry

- Strong Communication and leadership skills ...

- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

- Energetic, self-motivated, strong track record as a team player with strong interpersonal skills

- A Passion for Continuous Learning

- Innovative Thinking
