Job Description


Responsible for project management of cross-functional strategic projects, creating and organizing project working group, report about the status of the project to the CEO and Project Committee to effectively manage the strategic projects as well as organizational activities of Sales


  • Internal: All key stakeholders of projects

Cooperate with key stakeholders to create and implement projects as well as assigned functional tasks of the Department

  • External: Vendors

Implement projects and deliver desired deliverables as per requests of BOM


  • Management of the Unit

- Maintain strong relationship with Business and related departments

- Play an important role in delivering company’s strategy and CEO’s message to other departments

- Lead the team of specialised Project Managers to manage projects and estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

- Contribution to internal customer service provided by CEO Office to other departments

  • Leadership Responsibilities

- Coaches and develops unit members

- Collect best practice and share with team to ensure high caliber of staff

- Builds talent and capabilities within the taskforce team

  • Strategic Project Implementation regarding to Sales area

- Responsible for driving multiple projects to ensure continuous improvement of business

- Work with project team to provide input and complete design

- Coordinate closely to implement project as agreed workplan

- Follow up to measure performance of project and further adjustment

- Building awareness of Project Management methodology in the project teams and ensure the relevant parties are clear on their roles and responsibilities

- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary, during project cycle

- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

  • Daily BAU Responsibilities

- Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues

- Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved

- Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues

- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirement


Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics


  • Min. 5 year of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in project management field, at least 2 years of which playing the role of project leader/ project manager


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
  • Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Project)
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Time management
  • Problem solving and negotiation skill
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of sales knowledge
  • Good project management skills with discipline to see through the completion of initiatives
