You will be in charge of leading a team in charge to run marketing campaigns on media platforms to ensure succeeding to KPIs on revenue, cost optimization and aligning to the Company’s strategies.
Planning digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising;
Monitor all run online marketing campaigns on all paid media platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Zalo Ads, Tiktok, Native Ads, etc…and support teams in programs to launch campaigns on time and on budget;
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
Work with our teams to improve results, continuously testing new methodology and looking to improve our outcomes every step of the way;
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
Create benchmark performance metrics in terms of conversion rates, costings so that our offering can be as competitive as possible in the market.
Prefer Male, from 22 - 32 years old & graduated from college at least;
Fair in English and strong analytical skills numerical skills;
+2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing with KPIs on revenue, prefer to experience on E-commerce, pharmaceutics, cosmetics or supplements;
Knowledge of digital analytics tools & evaluate keywords to optimize SEO effectively on Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Native Ads, Youtube CMS, etc.
Experience in A/B testing;
Proactively able to suggest enhancement ideas for channel and content improvement.
