Job Description

Overal Management

1. To plan and follow up for annual budget for all HR activies

2. To survey and coordinate with human resources committee for building up HR policies

3. To support and coach subordinates and solve problems of work

4. To manage manpower model, organization change management (promotion, transfer, dismissal, etc)

5. To manage and monitor HRIS

Compensation and Benefits

1. To manage and monitor personal income tax issues such as tax calculation, tax code resgistration, tax declaration,

2. To control payroll monthly

3. To manage insurance such as social insurance, health insurance, unemployement insurance, etc

4. To review salary periodically and prepare for salary increase, adjustment, compression or merit increase

Employee Relations

1. To plan for employee relation activities

2. To monitor and promote communication between management and employee

3. To work with labor officials for all related issues

4. To coordinate with company trade union and local trade union

5. To consult and cooperate with line manager for disciplinary actions

6. To prepare and update internal regulations, collective bargaining agreement, etc

7. To manage expats services such as work permit, visa, housing, transportation and other benefits

Improvement & Operation Excellence

1. To participate and lead improvement projects in the company and in the sections such as TPM, ISO, 5S, Kaizen, etc

Support

1. To support other businessees in the same group when possible

2. To participate in bidding committee as requested by management

Performance Evaluation

1. To coordinate, support and follow up annual performance appraisal

2. To manage performance database

Recruitment

1. To plan and organize recruitment activities in accordance with recruitment procedure

2. To work with schools, training centers, employment centers for sourcing candidates

3. To participate in interview panels and selection process

Training and Development

1. To plan, organize and supervise training and development activities

2. To supervise and monitor training course to ensure in complance with training and development procedure

3. To work training centers, institures, universities for training activities

4. To manage training bonds if any

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years working as HR Supervisor
  • Minimum 2 years working as HR Manager or equivalent position/level 
  • Strong background of payroll, labor law & employee relations 
  • Be able to work under pressure, work with expats, work with regional team 
  • Be confident to work & communicate by English 
  • Self-motivated, demonstrated leadership and management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; have strategy mindset
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
