Job Description

- Building and managing the customer

- Receive RFQ (request for quotation) from customer, contact purchasing team to get buying price, making quotation and send back to customer.

- Receive PO (purchase order) from customer and follow up PO, delivery status to meet customer deadline.

- Control inbound, outbound cargos and arrange for delivery

- Solving the problems relate to PO (urgent requests, defect items, missing items, discontinued items, unqualified items, late delivery items..) as well as resolve warranty after selling.

- Set up plan to achieve sales target and propose solutions to increase revenue

- Monthly close system and making documents for receiving payment

- Issue VAT invoice, follow up payment status.

- Fulfill other tasks assigned by part-leaders and managers

Job Requirement

-          Prefer candidates have at least 1 years’ experience in the same position

-          Bachelor degree: Major in Business Administration, Economics…

-          Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills

-          Experienced e-Commerce business area is preferred

-          Have ability to communicate in English
