Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high standard strategic marketing initiatives and customer centric campaigns to meet both business and marketing objectives
• Maintain high standard of marketing and communications, and deliver activities that adhere to the established marketing process and guidelines
• Manage marketing budget and marketing planning for specific products/customer segments; ensure efficient deployment
• Drive the implementation of efficiency measurement framework to drive return on marketing investment across channels.
• Negotiate and maximize opportunities with strategic marketing alliances for potential partnership to benefit business results
• Work closely with advertising and media agencies to develop effective marketing strategies for specific products /segments
• Work in close alignment and manage the working relationship with other functional supports in VNM RBWM
• Embrace HSBC’s values and principles in day-to-day work to demonstrate values-aligned behaviour
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork through positive approach and develop a close alignment with both internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to the HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal /external auditors and external regulators
• Comply with the Marketing Process and Group Advertising Guidelines in programme development
• Maintain awareness of operational risk within Marketing division and minimisation of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the Group Operations FIM

Job Requirement

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or Business studies or equivalent professional qualification
• 8 - 12 years of experience in marketing field, preferable in the financial field, understanding of digital is a plus 
• Strong verbal and written communication both English and Vietnamese.
• Logical thinking, good organizational and administration skills.
• Team leadership with high energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
• Strong presentation skills with MS Office especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
