Job Description

  • Receiving our VIP customer’s need and take a good care of them
  • Acting a focal point to record and respond to customer inquiries/requirements during application usage
  • Navigating customers to experience the application’s features to help customers (them) get the content that they need quickly and accurately
  • Monitoring and continuously updating product policies
  • Promoting the company’s promotions, attractive service packages to customers
  • Cooperating with domestic and foreign Idols and Kols to take care of existing customers and navigated customers
  • Making reports on the progress of VIP customers care for the department head weekly and monthly
  • Completing other project tasks as required by Supervisors

Job Requirement

  • Graduated from College, University
  • At least 3-5 years of full-time experience in Customer service
  • Priority experience in VIP customer service
  • Priority age 85 - 96
  • Good at English, fluent communication with foreigners
  • Bight and good – looking appearance
  • Ability to create and maintain cooperative relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and teamwork
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Have a passion and love for consulting work.
