Job Description

+ Design, communicate, and implement the HCM off-site warehouse relocation project until completion.

+ Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project. This will include ensuring (through the project team); the preparation of designs and work specifications; developing schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting resources, including external contractors

+ Set priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project team member’s activities to meet project targets and milestones.

+ Manage Project Scope, ensure change control is managed, involving Executive/ Project Board as appropriate

+ Liaise with other areas in the organisation to secure specialised resources and contributions for the project.

+ Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

+ Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.

+ Resolve operational problems to minimize delays.

+ Ensure clear change management and communications plan established as part of overall project plan

+ Manage risks and issues as they arise on the project to prevent impacts becoming significant

+ Engage with key project stakeholders across the organisation to maintain buy in and ensure delivery

Job Requirement

1. Essential:  

+ University degree in Economic, Engineering or related majors.

+ At least 3-year management experience in warehouse/ project management/ operations/ logistics  

+ Required strong analytical skills and the ability to make decision Communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English 

+ Proven ability to work independently 

2. Desirable:  Experience/ Knowledge of project management software/tools are preferable
