Job Description


The RM acts as the primary gateway to the bank’s products and services by managing the customer relationship with the bank. The RM will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide solutions on this basis. By doing so the RM will generate revenue for the bank and continue to grow the size of the portfolio through increasing share of wallet with existing customers and acquire new ones.

Working Relationship:

Internal: All internal depts

External: Customers, other banks and associations

Duties and responsibilities:


• Meet assigned sales revenue target through the needs based introduction and proactive cross-selling of banking, investment and wealth management products.

• Meet assigned customer acquisition targets through proactive solicitation of new customers and seeking referrals from existing customers.

• Meet assigned deposit target through new assets from existing as well as new customers


• Deliver an outstanding banking experience to our customers; meet and exceed customer expectations

• Contacting and providing market updates, portfolio review and financial needs analysis to customers

• Engaging customers and increase average number of products held by each client under portfolio in ensuring customer’s financial and investment objectives are met


• Adhere to Bank’s compliance policy and ensure all transactions (sales/non sales related) carried out on behalf of clients are within the stipulated parameters of the Bank’s policy process flow

• Perform KYC check with full diligence and so as to prevent any money laundering, frauds or any potential criminalist activities which could hurt the interest of the Bank and its customers


• Ensure personal development is in place and executed as agreed with line manager

• Active participant in all team meetings, clients’ events and internal platform functions. Knowledge and success sharing with team.


Ensure compliance with internal & external regulations.

Job Requirement


Bachelor of Economics or relevant field

At least 2 year in sales experience in the financial services industry, experience with retail banking products such as Deposit, Insurance, credit card, credit 

-   Properly certified in all necessary certification

-   Adequate knowledge in investment and wealth management product

-   Good client engagement  ability

-   Delivering superior customer service

-   Self motivation

-   Work under pressure

Fluent English
