Job Description

- Processing customer’s documents.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer’s complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Ensure customer’s satisfaction and provide professional kyc.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the kyc process.

Job Requirement

- You must be able to read and write in English fluently.
- A quick mind, who can easily understand new concepts.
- The qualified candidate needs to be meticulous, cautious, and calm.
- A patient person, who can stay focused on a matter for long enough to identify the root of it.
- A disciplined person who a team can rely on.
- A confident person who is comfortable expressing his point of view.

■Salary: KYC- Venezuela: $350 - $400/month . At least 40 hours/week

■Working time: Full Time - Working remotely

Working Hour: At least 40 hours/week

- 13th salary month
