Campbell Shillinglaw & Partners (Vietnam) Ltd. [CSP (VN)], which is 100% wholly owned by CSP Ltd. based in Hong Kong, and established in the year 2005 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are specializing in design and project management consultancy services including project manager, urban planner, architect, civil & structural, mechanical & electrical enginner, interior designer, quantity surveyor, investment and development consultant. We have a good team of local and foreign expertise, principal partners, associate partners and international senior professional. With our experience in civil & industrial works, office and residential building, hotel, resort, hospital, power & energy infrastructure projects, etc., we will provide a full facility for our Clients in the South East Asia region with the best performance. CSP (VN) continually succeed in attaining the BCI Asia Top 10 Architects Award for 2 consecutive years of 2008 & 2009 and year 2014.

Thanks to our fruitful partnership with 3TI PROGETTI ITALIA S.p.A., our Italian branch office, we can offer specific engineering services in the field of transport infrastructures, such as rail & metros, airports, roads, and ports, as well as social infrastructures, such as healthcare, education, sports, and culture.

In the year 2012, 3TI PROGETTI ASIA LIMITED was established, who is a merger between 3TI Progetti Italia and CSP. This merger reinforces 3TI Group committment to urban design, architecture and infrastructure design works in the new Asian market. 

Our main goal is to manage and direct all aspects of operations in construction: we handle projects including initial design, acquiring permits, submitting bids, creating a budget, and assisting clients during construction, either as designers and licensed construction managers. 

We perform external and internal relationships with Public Authorities & Local Agencies due to our long-lasting experience in negotiation, according to regulation. 

We do possess a Level I (Hang I) license for project submission (architecture, MEP, and structures). 

Our competitive packages include masterplan designarchitectureinteriors (FF&E) & landscapeMEP, and structural engineering services.
